What Fees Do We Charge?

One of the most frequently asked questions we hear is ‘what fees do you charge to arrange a mortgage’?

Because we are paid a commission by the Lender for submitting your application, we don’t need to charge you any fees! That’s the best bit 😊!

You get all the help, support and guidance you need throughout the entire process, from finding out how much you can borrow, though to getting the keys to your home and there is no fee or charge.

Some Brokers do charge clients a fee, in addition to the commission they receive from the Lender. But at ABA we decided to offer our services free to all clients and this has proved to be a very popular decision and our business have grown considerably as a result so it’s a win win for everyone!
